Setting up Shipping Profile
Users can create one or several shipping profiles.
Always create a Shipping Profile before adding products as there are no default shipping profiles created by the system.
Follow the steps below to set up and map your shipping profiles.
- From your Dashboard & Setup, go to Manage Shipping Codes > New Shipping Code.
The Shipping Code is any new shipping profile you need to add; labels like “Shipping Charges” or “delivery Charges”.
- In Shipping Code Settings section, name the new Shipping Code.
- Next, add Shipping Method. You will find four options from the dropdown here.
- Flat Option: Once a product is mapped from this particular shipping profile has been added to the cart, you add a flat value to the cart and charge the user on the same.
- Weight Option: Configure based on individual weight of the products.
- Cart Weight option: Configure based on the total weight of the cart with all added products rather than individual items.
- Cart Amount Option: Configure based on the total cart value or order value. With this option, you can add “free shipping with order value above Rs. XYZ”.
- Select the method best suited for your products.
- Click on Configure Location. From the dropdown options here, select the source location on which the shipping charges will be applied.
By default, "Configure Location" retains "Select" as location. This will apply the same shipping charges across all locations.
- For each Shipping Method that you want in your shipping profile, complete the Shipping Charges steps. You will find two sections here: Define Shipping Zones and Charges.
- In Shipping Charges > Zone Settings.
- Select from the four available options of Define shipping zone.

- Click Save and Continue/Save to create a new Shipping Code.
