Filters
This interface makes it easy to set and manage filters for orders and shipments based on a variety of parameters.
Each filter may be given a name, have the relevant filtering criteria defined, and be saved so that you can examine the result by just clicking the filter name as needed.
You may also include the filter name as a sub-menu underneath the Manage Filters tab for easy access.
How do I develop and manage custom filters for orders/shipments so that they are shown according to the parameters I specify?
Select Manage Filters from the Custom Filters menu. You'll be sent to the Manage Filters page under Custom Filters.
The List of Filters section is where you'll locate any existing filters (if there are any).
Click Create New Filter to add a new filter to your list. The Custom Filters > Add/Edit Filter page will be shown.
Fill in the Filter Name text box with the name of the filter.
From the Filter Type drop-down menu, choose a filter type.
Under the Manage Filters tab, choose the Add as a master link checkbox to make the newly created filter a master link.
You may use the 'and'/'or' criterion to connect various filtering parameters while generating a filter.
You may also create sophisticated filters by creating numerous groups, adding the needed filters to each group, then combining the groups using the 'and'/'or' criterion.
Select the dotted icon. There are several alternatives available:
Choose the required option, such as Order Status. The portion after that will be seen.
From the next drop-down menu, select the needed choice.
Select the checkboxes that apply to your needs.
You can save the settings if you don't want to add any more filtering choices. Create a filter by clicking the Create Filter button.

Similarly, you may use the Add Filter(+) button to add more filtering choices if necessary.
Assume you've implemented five different filtering choices. However, you may use the 'and' or 'or' criterion to connect them. This implies you can't use the 'and' criterion for certain items while using the 'or' criteria for others.
You may add several groups, create filtering choices under each group, and apply the 'and' or 'or' criterion between the groups if you wish to use the 'and' criteria for certain options and the 'or' criteria for others.
Click Add Group to make a new group. The portion after that will be seen.
As previously said, you may add additional filtering choices and groups.
By toggling the And and OR buttons, you may apply the 'and' or 'or' criterion between the groupings as needed.
You may also create a new group and populate it with the necessary filtering settings.
Click Create Filter to save your settings. The filter will be stored, and a suitable success message will be displayed. The Order Grid Customization area will appear, where you may alter the order grid to meet your needs.
The Records per Page drop-down menu allows you to choose the number of records each page.
The Default Grid Items Count drop-down lets you choose the default grid's item count.
In the order grid, select the columns you desire. Age, order id, order date, and so forth.
The up and down buttons in the order grid can also be used to adjust the order of the columns.
You may also choose which actions can be performed on the resulting orders. Choose an appropriate action from the Actions drop-down menu.
From the multi-select drop-down menu, choose which action buttons should be shown.
Click Save to save the configuration. Your settings will be modified, and a suitable success message will be shown.
Go to the Manage Filters tab under Custom Filters.
Select the filter's name from the drop-down menu. You'll be redirected to the Filter Name page.
In the Filtered Orders grid, you may double-check the list of orders based on the filtering criteria. You may also double-check that just the defined columns and action buttons are shown in the order grid.
